It has been brought to my attention that I have a severe case of osteoporosis. To try to at least stop bone loss if not get some back I have started walking every day. Here is a typical walk.

As an avid motorcycle enthusiast, my life long dream has been to ride around the world. The dream commences on 4th September 2014 when I fly from Auckland, New Zealand to Melbourne, Australia, There I will pick up my Triumph Tiger 800 XC from the freight forwarders warehouse, clear customs and be on my way. Just a few days ago Anna Claire Ridgell, our oldest grandchild, turned 10. Then Sunday Austin Ridgell, our youngest turned five. So here are a few of the reasons I love Austin. The only problem is he knows how to use that smile to try and get away with things. He gives amazing, all-in, hugs. Because he has a great big heart.
